The Louis Astorino Ice Arena, commonly referred to as "The Lou” & formally known as just The Hamden Rink, is a hockey rink located at Hamden High School in Hamden, Connecticut. It is named in honor of Louis "Lou" Astorino, the legendary head coach of the Hamden High School boys’ hockey team from 1960 to 1987, who led the Green Dragons to 11 state championships and a national title in 1976.

Hamden Rink is a family-friendly ice rink located in Hamden, CT, managed by 595 Mix Management LLC. We host an array of hockey programs, including Hamden Youth Hockey , public skating, and learn to play hockey. We are home to Hamden High school's teams, as well.
